The project, which is funded by CoHMed (Connected Health in Medical Mountains), also attracted the attention of Baden-Württemberg's Science Minister Petra Olschowski, who was able to see the innovative strength of the region for herself during her visit to the “Black Forest Innovation Summit 2024” at HFU (Furtwangen University) in Furtwangen. Further information about the event can be found here.
CleanControlling GmbH was also among the exhibitors, presenting the RoProMan project at its stand:
The innovation:
Programmable without prior knowledge.
The application:
Technical cleanliness, in particular analysis of particle contamination, e.g. on electronic components, to prevent irreversible damage. Previously carried out manually, this leads to considerable differences in the analysis results due to variable movement parameters.
The result:
Three basic concepts, the most promising of which is a model-based approach based on a 3D model. Motion sequences are calculated offline and transferred to the robot controller, which enables consistent extraction. Finally, the concept was successfully tested in application-oriented feasibility studies.
What is CoHMed?
CoHMed (Connected Health in Medical Mountains) is an initiative of the Medical and TechnologyMountains network association in the Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg region and promotes the innovation and transfer partnership of HFU. CleanControlling has already been involved in several CoHMed-funded projects and has benefited from an intensive exchange and cooperation with the network partners in its project work.
